CHAIR CANING WORKSHOP    £165 inc VAT

A one-day course during which you will be introduced to the traditional craft of chair caning, making a sample frame of six-way caning to take away, together with an instruction booklet to help you with your own home projects.

 

All materials and equipment provided.  No experience or chair frame needed.

Learn about: 

• The history of caned furniture 

• Tools and techniques

• How to handle rattan cane

• Step by step instruction on six-way caning

Maximum of 8 students in a class.

9.30am-5.30pm  Sunday
