RUSHED SEAT WORKSHOP     £175 inc VAT

A one-day course learning how to work with rush, and in which you will make an envelope-weave pattern on a traditional or modern seat.  ​

We'll start with an introduction to tools, materials and techiniques.  You'll get the hang of it very quickly and find that weaving is a calm and almost meditative process.  You will also receive full guidance on all the tricky bits that give your work a professional finish.  At the end of the day you'll take away a seat with a new lease of life and the skills to do many more.

All materials and equipment provided, but please bring your own frame to work on. A photograph in advance is required so we can approve its suitability.
